MCA GRANTS POLICY AND GUIDELINES

Note: It is required that you read the appropriate guidelines before filling out any MCA application for funds. Your signature on an application is confirmation of your having done so.
If you are applying for “Category 2” or “Category 3” funds you may use the "MCA Grant Application – Category 2 or Category 3" PDF documents below.
If you are applying for “Category 1” funds, for General Operating Support use the "Cat 1 GOS Guidelines 2013" and "Cat 1 GOS Application 2013"; for Arts Project Support use the "Cat 1 APS Guidelines 2013" and "Cat 1 APS Application 2013" PDF documents below. For either Cat 1 application, include a completed copy of the "Cat 1 National Standard Data Form". The MCA Grant Report is available for all grants reporting. It has been setup to be completed on your computer and then printed for submission. Please read the "instructions" provided below prior to filling out your Report.
